This exciting position entails training and educating Kinesys customers on the latest automation products and assisting with any technical support queries they may have whilst taking ownership of the day to day operations of the US warehouse, such as product servicing, repairs and shipping preparation. Experience in the entertainment rigging and tech fields isn’t just preferred, it is required.
The right candidate will be highly organised with a collaborative spirit, a quick learner, a confident public speaker and able to oversee others in their work just as well as they work under guidance. Adaptability and resourcefulness under pressure is a must.
